MapToDoc is a publishing solution which consists of producing documents in an automated manner through a {Rest API}.
Our solution also allows you to build your own document repository.
This repository centralizes, in the form of document models, all the models necessary for the dynamic production of documents.
The repository guarantees the homogeneity and consistency of company communication and simplifies the modification and control of content and their presentation.
Our solution consists of a simple approach to:
  • Design by using our LibreOffice Writer plugin
  • Personalize
  • Produce
  • Distribute
  • Template versioning

The aim is to secure printed document using a simple process

Four steps:

  • Data Json file with keys (Critical information)
  • Template (libreoffice format .odt)
  • Merge a data
  • Generate secured PDF
Verification process

The procedure to validate an authenticity of information in document consists to scan a QRcode placed in footer of your document (PDF/Paper) with our Android application.

No data persistence

All data provided in the json files are not stored on our servers.
Only templates (Libreoffice document) are stored in your own private repository.

Versioning support

Our system ensure that changes to templates and are tracked, organized, and managed effectively by using an object storage system.

QR code

Our system generates documents in PDF format secured by QR code and verifiable by our Android application.
